Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Candidates must be citizens of India, Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibet, or be refugees from Tibet who entered India prior to January 1, 1962, with the goal of relocating there permanently.
Educational Qualifications
- A candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized and approved university or other educational institution.
